     In Tōrōgakure Lanterns and Kites are the predominant hanging decoration. However,

a white Dittany is a symbol of budding romance. It is said if two walk under the white flower,
they are destined to fall in love. It is an age old but optional custom for them to share a kiss,
the purpose of which is for luck, but more importantly to test the waters to see if they spark.
However, this is often met with mixed results. A woman who is married for example refuses,
using the phrase "Sorry; My daughter will avenge me." Implying they will find someone else,
referred to arranged marriages where the daughter would be given if her mother was taken.

     Two men meeting under the Flower may cuss each other out because it's seen as bad luck,
dooming them both to being single til summer. Rowdier clans may even throw fists! However,
they may also use the phrase "Nobody saw Nothin'!" and pass, pretending to have not seen it.
